  • 2016 - 2022 - Insurance Company - Southington, CT - Started as implementation lead to convert clients from their source system to Applied Epic. I moved into the Business Development role where I implemented a sales CRM software to accurately track and follow up with prospects and clients. I traveled around the country during this time to promote the brand and abilities of the company. I moved into the Director of Operations role and immediately saw a need to streamline operations by implementing a ticketing system. I implemented a cloud based remote assist program to help mitigate technical issues throughout the client and employee lifecycle. During Covid-19 I was on a team responsible for the successful execution of moving employees to a work at home configuration. During 2022, I took on the role of VP, I.T. implementing a knowledgebase tool. I also lead the development of a new proprietary system utilizing a refined server environment for maximum speed and uptime. One of my main tasks was to streamline the onboarding experience for the company's clients. Used tools to convert the clients data faster and more accurately and as a result lead to clients onboarding sooner.

  • Inventory Optimization, Ordering, Route Sales & Distribution - Coffee Pause, Inc. - Started in shipping receiving and quickly moved to inventory optimization and ordering. Found old inventories in a network of over 10 warehouses in MA, CT, RI, NY, PA, DE and ME, where I would move retired product from one warehouse to others that were still selling it, mainly paper goods. I did this through the use of green-bar paper with a yard stick, keying the data points into a desk calculator with the paper roll printed of my calculations. I would then transfer to excel for the warehouses that were still on a dos based inventory software. All others on a newer software that took a fraction of the time to produce the reports to order stock. Everything was put into inventory ordering formulas from both software's into Excel. This is where I learned the importance of keeping lean. I also worked on routes delivering product to better understand how the product is moved and delivered to customers.
  • Océ Document Workflow Representative - Sold office equipment on the premise of improving document workflow through the use of software's such as eCopy desktop. Received awards and a trip for outstanding sales and service to the company.
